Meeting and conference space is available within our group

We offer space for medium to small conventions and trade shows at our Lamplighter North facility in Springfield, situated just off I-44 at Glenstone. This facility offers over 8,000 square feet of meeting space. Our Lamplighter South hotel offers a multitude of meeting and banqueting facilities that meet the requirements of most of our guests, accommodating up to 150 people.

Each of the hotels within our group offer business meeting rooms. In Springfield, Missouri the Arbor Suites At The Mall, Baymont Inn, Best Western Route 66 Rail Haven, Best Western Coach House Inn and Suites, Best Western Coach House Inn Extended Stay, Lamplighter South, Lamplighter North Convention Center. In Branson, the Best Western Landing View, and in Joplin, the Baymont Inn, and the Best Western Oasis.
